    Everyone who sits for hours a day in an office chair should have one of this. Human bodies are just not meant for sitting, but the more you do to ergonomically optimize your work environment (even at home - spending 2 hours on Reddit is still going to mess your back if you aren't smart about it) the better off you're going to be in 10 years. I let my back fall apart from using laptops in less than optimal positions because I thought my desk was uncomfortable. It was. I didn't have this product. It's not like you can't practice mindfulness all the time and remember to keep your back straight to have good posture and avoid hurting your back. You can. But will you remember all the time? Probably not. I'm not 100% sure this product actually putts your back into a 100% perfect position regardless of how tall you are or anything, but it definitely helps your back to go into the right position and mainly it's up against your back, reminding you that it's there, and that you bought it because you wanted to take your back. So if anything it will at least help you remember to think about taking care of your back, and you'll benefit from it. It's worth the cheap price for the benefit of decreased back pain in the future.

    I bought this product a few years ago and have used it daily. It relieved my back pains. I just purchased it again after accidentally damaging it. For the cost this is a great product. Simply made and very effective.
    The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because it is not a completely sturdy product and could easily be damaged and become unusable. However, if you are careful with it (make sure you don't accidentally sit on it like I did...) it will serve you well.

    I got several of these after injuring my back. The ones I use for my office chairs at home and at work are fine and think they both relieve pressure on my spine by forcing me to sit more upright. Nice feel to them and they do allow some ventilation between your back and the seat. The office chair takes some adjustment as the single strap means it is constantly sliding up and down. Pretty much useless for my truck as the bottom curve of the back support sinks into the seat where my front seat folds over (so I can get in the storage area), therefore it becomes mostly flat. Overall, for the price, I am happy.
