In electronics, good insulation is essential. Good labeling is equally important. This stuff is a very good heat shrink insulator, but the best part for me, the thing that separates it far away from the standard black shrink stuff, are the VIVID colors. Recently, I was making some high current connection wires using RED wire. At the ring terminals, where I would usually put the BLACK shrink tube, I used bright YELLOW. It was an amazing transformation and I can spot those wires IMMEDIATLY. White wires with BLUE insulators - same thing. How about BLACK WIRES with WHITE shrink wrap on the ends? The combinations are endless, and the results are amazing. I've been involved with electronics for, uh, well I went to school with a feller named Georg Ohm......and with these colored shrink tubing, the end results are absolutely superior to visual results you get with only BLACK shrink wrap.
If you want your wiring projects to stand out, easier to trace and look completely professional, try using colored Heat Shrink Tubing. The results really are amazing.
I really hate it when I sound like an advertisement.
