These are so so. Not the best quality by any means but for what I needed they did work. I did have to pull the bearings since one fell apart and I made delrin inserts that were bearing free. Works better than bearings.

These bearing seem like they were packed with sand, they are very loud and have a tendency to provide jittery motion, I bought a similar one from mc masters , they cost way more but the quality is way better , this is one of those parts that going cheap on is only going to hurt later, I would not recommend these to any one making CNC or 3D printers, I feel like I would use these for something seriously low tech like a slide out drawer.
