Needed a new usb to usb. This one was perfect. Short, inexpensive, and perfect. It is higher quality/sturdiness/build than the one that came with it. It probably would not have needed replaced originally if my chiller came with this one. (Thank you.)

Larger Issue: I do have one real issue which I called in my original post when I first purchased it. Issue: the bottom is really flimsy and it has broken in the middle and at the hinges. (B/C it is mobile on my lap in my chair vs. leaving it stationary on a desk.) So, I had to glue it with a Ceramic glue - which is amazing. (I can recommend one.) I also added a metal piece (to lessen the bending) in the middle on the side I was holding it as I try to shift it off my lap (one handed) to the couch nearby. I then transitioned to holding it in the middle pressing on the keyboard area with my thumb and my fingers under the chiller and laptop to extend it to the couch. That approach broke the hinges. (So now, it has been glued and I just use both hands and am super careful.) All good.
Smaller issue: I wish the colors would stay programmed in from one day to the next. Clicking it like 6 times to get to blue every day definitely can’t lengthen the life of that button. So, I just leave it on the preset, even though I dislike the rainbow lighting effect.
Final Thoughts… Through the flaws. I am still very impressed with this chiller. From one gamer to another…it keeps my Dell G7 chilled. That is all I need. I highly recommend this chiller. It is inexpensive and does a great job.
Recommendation: I would say that as long as you add a piece of metal trim plug key pressure areas…it would be a 6 out of 5.
