      These batteries start with a slightly higher voltage that has not negatively affected any thing I have used them in, and last a LOT longer than conventional batteries.

      I had several batteries in one box of conventional batteries that leaked, ruining several devices. So I found these and started using them instead.

      They are great for hard to access items (something mounted high on a wall for example) as they last longer. They do not degrade as much in the heat or cold.

      One downside it they are SLIGHTLY longer than conventional batteries so are sometimes a little harder to install or remove, but have had only ONE child's toy where they would not fit due to length, and that was as there were 3 in a row, not parallel.
