Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.

This tubing works great for my irrigation set up in my yard. This is a harder plastic, not soft and malleable. I needed it to connect a soaker hose to, and it works perfectly. This will not work with drip irrigation as you can't poke the 1/4" connector piece that you run the 1/4" tubing to the drop stakes. This hose cannot be poked or punctured like that. But if you need a hose extension to extend your soaker hose out to where it is needed, this works perfectly. Also, I have used the 3/4" tee and elbow connectors with this, and it works great!!!
I was expecting a transparent, very flexible tubing. I received an opaque black roll of tubing, not as flexible as I expected. A little more difficult to slide on over a receptacle than I expected.
Now the positive. It worked with what I wanted to do, was inexpensive, so the value was great. I just need to read more carefully. In this case, all was OK.
I would recommend having a pot of hot water nearby. I dipped the ends in hot water about an inch deep. After that I could put fittings is without resistance. After a minute when it cools down the plastic hardens back to the original stiffness. No issues with leaks. Do not dip more than an inch otherwise it becomes difficult to use.
Works very well as floating hose for the line from an aerator to the sinking hose section. Is very buoyant so it takes quite a few weights if you want it to stay at the bottom.
