If I sound surprised, I am. It's just that I had wasted a few days on identical-looking modules from another supplier, which did not work; their trigger LED's shone at different brightnesses; they were permanently energised/on regardless of triggering, and I thought I was doing something stupid. The ICQUANZX modules, on the other hand, look better, they energize when triggered, and their trigger LEDs are all the same brightness - implying quality. Without changing my code, I wired all five modules up and they worked right away. What a relief!

Its a module that will "turn on" a pair of mosfets when a logic level is applied to the trigger, not really much to say about it.

But honestly the only reason I brought this is because I needed the mosfets very quickly to finish a project I was working on otherwise I would have purchased the mosfets on their own and not on a module.

I wanted these to put into a box to distribute power to my astro equipment - these units were to control the output to dew heaters using PWM from an ESP32. Once wired up, it works perfectly with a linear change in power with the duty cycle.

The NMOS doesn't switch at all. source is GND, gate is connected to PWM and drain to the load. With PMW=0% duty cycle the DS channel is still conducting which should not happen for an NMOS.

No matter what VGS I tried, the transistor remained in conduction and this was the calse for ALL of the units in the pack.

They don't work with PWM fron arduino. I had to manual lower the frequency to 30Hz. It does not switch at higher frequency

4.0 out of 5 stars Wie erwartet.
Reviewed in Germany on 16 October 2021
    Wie erwartet. Nichts auszusetzen.
Folglich würde kein allzu großes Know How ausgeplaudert werden.
