Perfect for pool use!

Perfect for pool use!
Needed heavy duty magnets for the LED submersible pool lights as I wanted them to be on the walls and used for actual pool light and safety while remaining portable so I can put them where we need them whenever. These are absolutely perfect for the lights. They were very easy to take apart as they are packed nicely and place on the backside of the LED puck light and then slap them wherever I wanted underwater on pool walls of our in-ground pool. These magnets are just a tad big to fit on the backside of the lights because the type of led lights have a raised plastic “handle” on the backside that you use to open the battery compartment but it’s no big deal at all. I wanted the largest magnet I could fit in that area and this is just fine. Now I can use the magnets in the pool without worrying about any type of breakdown or staining. I’ll definitely be purchasing these again! Please see pics of the lights in the pool attached using the magnets

    These arrived quickly and I was at first surprised how strong they were when I played with them to get a feel for what they can do. The little white dividers came in handy for me to use as spacers when glueing them on.
    I used these magnets to hang an extension strip under a kitchen cabinet to clear my counter of clutter and cables, I used 3 magnets spaced out for this.
    Make sure you number them in order when gluing them on so that the sides that attract match :-)
    The magnets do just what I had hoped: they hold the outlets up while I plug and unplug small kitchen appliances. They are strong enough to keep it all hanging up with 6 plugs in the outlets but weak enough that I can pull it down for cleaning.

    We ordered one pack of six to see if they would work for our application. We used them to hold some drawers on a work bench to keep them from rolling out. They are very strong but kind of thin. It takes 3 for each drawer stacked with the plastic washers. I ordered 7 more sets of magnets for the rest of the drawers, the magnetic pull is just right, holds the drawers in but still easy enough to open.

    Up date: received the other 7 sets of magnets and easily installed in the rest of our work bench drawers.. They work great, now no drawers are rolling open when you use the bench or vises on the bench.

    Just kidding but these magnets are very strong. They were actually too strong for my project so I'm using them on my refrigerator to put pictures and stuff. If you get them too close to each other they will fly out of your hand like you're Luke Skywalker using the "Force". They probably shouldn't be used together as they fly into each other with incredible impact, I already broke one of them. These really are great magnets if "strong" is what you're looking for.

    We use these to secure our trash bags to the sides of our decorative, metal, kitchen trash bin and they work just fine, even when the bag is pretty full. They would get 5 ⭐️ but only get 4 for 2 reasons. They work TOO well for my husband! He has trouble removing them when it’s time to change the bag! He has to rely on my smaller fingers which gain better purchase to pry the magnets off the surface. The other is their limited shelf-life. Ours lasted about a year and a half before they lost the gripping power to hold the trash bags without them sliding down as they filled. That being said, they can still be used as regular-strength magnets and we liked them enough that we’re on our second batch and will continue to purchase them as needed.

    I really can't say anything bad about these magnets except that their smooth surface caused a problem in the use I intended. What I was looking to do was to attach a metal circle to my wife's sewing machine so that a small lamp that attaches by a round magnetic base could be used. The lamp base and one of these magnets were about the same size and attached together with great strength. So, using very good 2-sided tape, I sealed one of the magnets to the plastic case of the machine. However, when I put the magnetic base of the lamp to the magnet now on the machine I found that the slick surfaces of both allowed the weight of the lamp to overcome the bond of the magnets. There wasn't a loss of the magnetic bond, but the light section of the lamp, which extends about a foot out from the base put weight on the bond that allowed the lamp to slowly turned until the light section of the lamp rested on the table. It took me a while to figure out a way to prevent this, but it was a problem I hadn't foreseen.

    I loved that there was a plastic spacers (plastic gaskets) in between each one in the box which was also packed in foam. I got these for their width and was not not disappointed. I keep a fabric panel covering my doors (my pups can go in and out of rooms that way!) I put a magnet on the brass latch and one on the brass hinge and have no problem (I sewed a smaller less powerful magnet onto the panel itself.) My family can easily move the panel aside and go thru the doorway, these neodymium magnets simply don't move! they are perfect for our use.

That’s the good the bad is they are so potent that when they attract one another they often do it with so much authority that they shatter on impact. I’d be inclined to buy again I just need to be more careful how I use them so they don’t shatter. I think they’re cool

    I bought these magnets to hold screen on/around the outside of my AC unit outside. The screen keeps most pollen and debris out of my unit. Therfore i only have to wipe off the screen when it's time to clean it. I dont have to have to take apart my unit and use an acid to clean my coils. But the problem was finding the right magnets.
