Digital Logic - Simple Binary Calculator

So I wanted to make a simple binary calculator using nothing but transistors. To realize this I designed an 4-bit binary added and the progress is ongoing. In the coming weeks I will finish this design using a single full adder and memory devices. I plan to use the memory cells to reduce the circuit complexity and reuse the full adder during the addition process.
