Description
This may be one of the least efficient energy harvesters out there, but at least I won't burn my tongue again checking the temperature of my drink!
This device monitors the temperature of the drink, and will alert the user when the drink has reached the perfect temperature for drinking. Some energy is harvested as well to attempt to help prolong the life of a rechargeable Li-ion battery.
Constraints and Guidelines:
-can be used with most mugs (ceramic only)
-no heat conductors or temperature probes in my drink
-generate electricity to prolong rechargeable battery life
-no microcontroller
-be a good conversation starter
