So these Transistors have nothing different characteristics other than the conventional BJTs but they show a high gain so they can be used in high power amplification circuits such as the Powerful Bass controlled Amplifiers which we are going to make.
Please follow the below steps to make your own amplifier and first collect all the components as per the list given below
Step 2: Circuit DiagramMaterials from utsource.net
00UF 16V Capacitor
50K Volume Control
104PF Capacitor
103PF Capacitor
120K Resistor
1K Resistor
0.4 mm Copper Wire
Step 3: Connect the Coil With the Emitter of the TransistorApply seal on the Heat Sink and attach the C500 Transistor with it and place the transistor side by side.
Connect the Resistor and the Capacitor(C5200) as shown in the figure below and do the connection of the base and the emitter also with a wire in between two transistors(A1943).
Wound a total of 150 Turns and make a solenoid
Then connect the coil with the emitter of the transistor
Step 4: Connect the Negative in the C5200 Emitter Terminal.Connect the negative in the C5200 Emitter Terminal.
Step 5: Connect the Positive Terminal With the S1943 Transistor Emitter.Connect the Volume controls with the heat sink and the cardboard as shown in the below picture
Connect the 104 PF Capacitors to the volume controls.
Connect the coil and the speaker out end with the Transistor as shown in the figure below.
Step 6: Final ConnectionNow this is almost ready and your final connection should look like this, the picture is given below.
And now you can connect the speaker and plug and play the music and you can get the wave of amplification in your own DIY Amplifier.
