You should make this costume because it is a great costume and it is easy to make.

Things used in this project

clear umbrella

Fabric

Fabric can be any color

batterie powerd lights

You will need triple A batterie

Step one: Find a clear umbrella

Step 2: Take Battery power lights and tape them to the rim of the umbrella

Step 3: Find a lot of fabric and cut the strips of 4.5in long

Step 4: Tape the Fabric to the rim of the umbrella
