We unbox Nordic's new dual-core, wireless IoT prototyping platform, the Thingy:53! This embedded sensing solution is primed for machine learning at the edge. Like its predecessors, the Thingy:53 runs on a built-in LiPo battery and is small enough to tuck into packages, attach to other devices, or fit anywhere you need to test smart sensing applications. The device is also compatible with new apps from Nordic, enabling Edge Impulse integration and wireless OTA programming, and has an excellent getting-started tutorial already available.
