When I design a circuit, I try to select SMD components for soldering advantages. Some components requires SMD stencil such as GSM modules, MCUs, etc.
I made a dimmable heater for solder PCB. But it has no safety for overheat. I should follow temperature with laser touchless temperature.
I decided to make this soldering autonomous. I started this project.
I will publish this project under three titles:
1) Hardware
2) Mechanic
3) Software
I should measure PCB temperature while heating it. I will use PT100 sensor to measure temperature.
I use two pieces - ceramic heater for PCB heating.
2 pieces BTA41-700 triac for dimming heater.
