Made for Hammond, or AlpineTech boxes, or Dripp3D boxes
So if you're into electronic enclosures, you probably already know how many 18650's you can stuff into each sized box. The 1590A's are tiny and compact, but just a few mm's shy of being able to hold 2 18650's, leaving no choice but to use the next size up, a 1590G.
This extruded lid allows you to fit 2 18650's, in parallel or series. To hold the cells, you can modify keystone sleds , or you can 3D print a 1590A battery sled using my files on Thingaverse, or my preferred option- and certainly the most durable option- the amazing injection moulded stackable 18650 cell holders from MOSMAX Electronics. These are by far the best sleds I've come across.
