Diagram - Nixie Socket DriverEach module has connectors for nixie socket. The nixie socket drivers can be connected in series. Currently, there are multiple different tube sockets available for over a hundred different tubes. In the case of a larger number of tubes or tubes with higher power consumption e.g. B7971, a additional Nixie Power Supply module can be connected to each driver module.
All sockets have the same pin layout which allows easy replacement of the sockets for different nixie tubes without having to change the control program code (e.g. Arduino code). Each of the sockets (connected to the device) provides the valid power supply parameters for the compatible nixie tubes (supply voltage and current). You don’t have to worry about that either.
