The entire goal of this simple little project is to imitate traffic lights. When going out on a drive, you most likely always run into traffic lights. These lights are crucial in preventing accidents and letting people know when it is their time to go. When late-night boredom strikes, a little late-night motivation comes along to inspire you to do simple little projects such as these. In this project, you will utilize six LEDs to represent traffic lights. When the light on one set of three is red, the other set of three has the green LED on. Soon after, the set of three with the green LED on will turn green off and turn yellow on. Lastly, yellow will turn off and the other set of LEDs' green light will turn on while the first set is now red.
P.S any Arduino can be used for this. It doesn't have to be a nano.
