Greetings! My name is Burhan. I am interested in making things. My goal is to study electronics and communication engineering. I am 18 years of age. I reside in Turkey.
I have been involved in developing many projects for a prolonged duration. In my current project, I aim to address the daily problem of running out of fuel in vehicles.
Vehicles can experience fuel depletion. This could pose a significant challenge if one is in a rural location. Such circumstances may not always be favourable. The robot was developed to solve specific problems. Let us explore the project together.
The ProjectThe robot is designed for emergency situations. The first requirement is an outer casing for the robot. The outer body must be 3D printed using a 3D printer. The design of the robot should include an internal chamber necessary for the placement of components as well as a chamber for the storage of materials such as petrol. However, it should be noted that access to this chamber should be restricted and not open to everyone. For this purpose, I assemble a cover circuit using an SG90 motor. The robot is equipped with an RS775 motor. This particular motor was chosen for its ability to perform in harsh conditions as well as its affordability. An Arduino Uno R4 Wifi processor will be used in the construction of the robot. I chose this board because it is powerful, up-to-date and has ESP32. I use EspNow for my robot to access the controller. EspNow is an API designed for devices containing Esp32 to communicate with each other. Now let's make the connections. First, of course, let's start by connecting our motors, which are the most important part of our robot. But the power of the arduino is not enough for the motors. To solve this problem, we need to use a motor driver circuit. As a motor driver circuit, I use L298N in this project. After connecting my motor to my driver, I connect my driver to Arduino. Then I make connections to my SG90 Servo motor. I do not need to use a separate driver for this motor. Then I include my acceleration sensor in the project so that my robot can realise this situation when it stops obliquely. Here: My robot is ready.
