WIZnet's W5500 has been around for a long time, and many modules have been released.
Many inexpensive chips or modules capable of these functions have been released on the market.
Nevertheless, the W5500 is still a popular chip in the industry and IOT fields.
There is no better way to use Ethernet in low spec MCUs that are difficult to operate with LWIP than the W5500.
However, there are not many modules that operate PoE and are equipped with W5500.
Some modules perform these functions, but they are already combined with MCUs such as RP2040 and NXP MCUs.
This module can be used in combination with the MCU I want, but it has advantages.
As a module, it operates in a typical W5500.
The combined module looks like this.
It is very small because it is coupled to the top of the module.
These are the features: there are almost all TCP/IP applications that can operate on 10/100.
Pinout is like this. Simply control SPI. If you use PoE, you get 5V power.
The size is the same as above.
The specifications of the PoE module that can be installed are as follows. However, you can receive a separate module with the specifications you want through inquiries.
If you want to install PoE Ethernet quickly and easily, we recommend using the module.
