On January 2019, the World Health Organization (WHO) named people who refuse to vaccinate themselves and their children (anti-vaxxers) as one of the top 10 global health threats. Recently, outbreaks of diseases previously thought to be eradicated have popped up throughout the country, and many have fallen victim to these either because they were not vaccinated, or are immunocompromised and could not rely on herd immunity due to lack of others being vaccinated. As a response to this, I have created a prototype Vaxx Detector!
The device is simple: it'll scan a person by pressing the A button and show results via sound and lights. Green and a ding! sound means that person is vaccinated and in the clear. Red and a siren sound means that person has not been vaccinated and should probably be quarantined. Any other color/ no sound means there was an error in the reading, and to simply try again. The B button will clear the previous reading. Now you can keep yourself and your loved ones safe and away from pro-disease people!
NOTE: So before I built the case and plugged in the battery, the code was working fine and there were no issues. After building the case and plugging the battery, my CPX bugged out or something and it would act funky sometimes and give a wrong reading as you can see in the video. I'll be sorting this out with my professor asap and see if there's a fix to this or I might just have to buy a new CPX. Again, the code itself is fine, it's probably just something wrong with my CPX.
