Aim: Automated robot which disinfect the given room or space.
First, as we all know bots are good for repetitions, accuracy, and time efficient. But selecting bot to fit perfect for your project is the thing in which we humans are good.
So, let break the ice and let me introduce The Sanctuary III. Let us start it in this way, but you need robust imagination to see this movie.
Imagine a corner of your office meeting room having lots viruses, having parties with assumption human can see those viruses with its naked eyes, you are observing this parties for more than a quarter year, and now you are getting frustrated, and you want to balance this thing just like “Thanos”. To have better future of your children and others too. You (Thanos) take your spaceship and rushed toward that corners.
Your spaceship is just below the table on which they are chilling. With wonder light and dark background, with the lots of thunders and scary sounds…. All DJ’s and sound system get off and slowly – slowly your ship gets rises. All the defence, firing mechanism and weapons activated and Whoop new “Stark tech” instead of “the Black order” (thanos’ army) your spaceship is attacking with the most powerful so called “amplified undamped multibeam cosmic-ray”. With the help of the spaceship, thanos attacks every planet exist in universe. As his spaceship equipped with the so called “Stark tech.” no one can defeat him, and just due to his spaceship he can go anywhere he wanted to. But even some planets don’t have a luck to even see the Sanctuary II (Thanos’ ship). Due to his order to the army, to go and destroy those tiny planets. and at the endgame’s battle, thanos successfully snaps his fingers to destroy half of viruses to balance every aspect of nature
And this is how thanos saves lots of lives and make earth even better place to live.
Let’s come to real life solution simply what we need is “Sanctuary II” or say next version of it, Sanctuary III equipped with UV-C instead of no meaning name “amplified undamped multibeam bla...bla...bla…”
Sanctuary III is miniaturized spaceship, or you can say Drone, having UV-C, having a capability of hovering as well as capability to transform in a car type vehicle. Here Sanctuary III consider as a robot holding UV-C. let us see how Sanctuary III is the most effective way to sterilized your space
Sanctuary III has five UV-C modules, among those five, two most powerful used for vertical revolution and horizontal revolution. Let us get deep into it. In Sanctuary III these two modules placed perpendicular to each other they bombard the UV-C straight In-front of them. Both are rotating on their own axis as sown below. (image is just for understanding actual one may differ but same purpose will be served)
Which provide UV-C beam as shown in very first image. There are lens arrangements too. To set concentration at very far away to Sanctuary III. To get better bombardment. In very first image black strip is cover by vertical module and brown strip area cover under full rotation of horizontal module. Star shows Sanctuary III and red line shows full path to clean that room where Sanctuary III visit every point twice, once keeping far distance and once maintaining short distance as you can see in very first image.
Now if you are curious enough, you might wonder about remaining modules, but first think about corners of the room none of the vertical or horizontal can reach there so, no there is module to do so. But it can be done by rotating Sanctuary III on its vertical axis to get desires cleaning. Now actually those two modules are four in real. But to reduce explanation complexity and to reduce typing and time I replaced four with two. But it is easy to understand above explanation with four module two vertical and two horizontals. Fifth one is the biggest module use as a bulb type, to spread on non-uniform or complex area*(complex area explained ahead)

Now Controlling unit decide its transformation as well as we can control whole Sanctuary III remotely. Now let us see how particularly it clean the big, complex well-furnished rooms.
Have you remembered how empty room get sanitized or sterilized using Sanctuary III? If you don’t just jump to very first image which revised you all what we need further ahead.
Basic concept is to divide complex and big rooms in smaller cubes. But before that Sanctuary III will scan whole the room and divide it into smaller cuboids and this all data get store in data center*(if you have multi floored with multi Sanctuary III). Image processing also use AI (artificial Intelligence). Which gives information about most touching things to Sanctuary III. To treat it in special manner. Things such as door handles, water tap, projectors, laser pens and many other things
5th Module’s Purpose
Have you remembered complex area!!!
Exactly, that “stared” statement. Here, complex area defines as a complex if it has lots of non-uniform surfaces such as flower pot or kind of that. At the time of cleaning we use 5th module of UV-C which throws UV like a point source with high intensity
It is also use to sterilized well type structure such as sinks, dustbin etc.

o Sanctuary III can talk each other to share the work load imagine there is a very huge warehouse which takes two hours to sterilize whole warehouse but if Sanctuary III called another three for help, they finished the work in just half hour before your office time
- · Inspector mode
o In this feature you can see what is going on inside the room while sterilizing
Or even with the help of A.I it gives Beep as soon as it detects human inside the cleaning zone, and temporary stop the cleaning until human get out of that zone. However, it can disable.

Costing of Sanctuary III project
It cost around 750$ which is further minimize by mass production or proper circuit design.
This cost is calculated as behaving like we modify a drone not as a specific design, so it may be bit differ than actual price however I include 100 dollars for missing expenditure which not gonna be 100$ obviously it less that it. We assume that no camera is there in 250$ drone which is again plus point as there is a camera, but we didn’t count it. So ultimately it is easy to make this project under 750$. I am from India and those prices are simply converted from INR to USD and prices are taken from Indian market. As we take whole drone to modify we don't need to have gyroscope or temperature meter or like that, as they all are there in drone.
But it’s not gonna work fine why lets see,

I have noted lots of practical issues with Sanctuary III, so fix those issues and do further more improvements in stability, battery management and speed I come up with all new design explained ahead.
Let us see what are the problems and their solutions, problem number one is the size in which we are gonna place LEDs we are not able to produce such output needed for reliable disinfection. We need larger space to put UV-C source or multiple modules, second thing is we need cooling system, and need air flow nearer to cleaning surface which increase disinfection ability by reducing power consumption, I am not able to put lenses, motors, cooling system, controlling units, camera, sensors and moving mechanism with five UV-C modules as we need more space, we need more space in Sanctuary III which means we need absolute distinct design for practical purpose and that design is shown below so tighten your sit belts and lets go to our new spaceship
As shown above, Ya I know I disappoint you with this drawing but believe me this what I can do at my best, let it be, I think you get the idea how new design should look like, Vertical model is lot more beneficial than older one, how let’s see
Let us talk about its working pattern,
Now, we have only single big UV-C source which is more effective than previous one, central part of the model can be free to rotate on one of the x-axis shown in above image.
A vertical UV-C window provide a robust blast of UV-C in given area. Gov. sources present online* for disinfect using UV-C, I conclude that I need around 4.5 to 20 mJ Energy per centimetre square to effectively kill corona virus at 99.9% disinfecting rate. But we take 30mj/cm sq. for surety
Due to 360-degree rotation with two degree of freedom, Sanctuary III can spray UV-C in any direction with very high energy density to ensure disinfect process, from calculation we can disinfect 8 sq.m to 10 sq.m area each minute depends on power provided to Sanctuary III, further calculation is given below, and the basic working of 2.0 is almost same as the previous model 1.0, like scanning, making cuboid to disinfect, decide whether given volume is complex or not any like more,
Additionally there is air cooling system inside the Sanctuary III to provide high output for long time and the hot air is directly get out through the front air grill which provides air circulation around the disinfecting area, as we know circulating air give robust boost to the disinfection process, which is also plus point for this model as now we can increase area of cleaning per second only due to circulating air, which also provide cooling to our system and as we know hot air has high energy this further more increase the air circulation.
Note that air circulation is not mainly due to air released by air grill but mainly due to pressure difference and temperature gradient, grill provide air circulation but in small area while hot air creates pressure difference which cause major rotation in surrounding air.
Top torch part (Optional) is use for ground level cleaning such as under the table or under couches, obviously it take longer to cleaning, ad here the vehicle mode comes to use, also it can be used to clean ground or floor or big tables where Sanctuary III land and get transformed into vehicle which save power, give better stability and now we can use propeller to circulate air at low speed
In vehicle mode there is nothing which direct drive the Sanctuary III but the force from propeller is use to move slow and steadily as our vehicle mode does not require high speed and by doing so, we can also provide the air circulation as mentioned above, there is 'support arm' facility to maintain balance of 2.0 in vehicle mode, by balancing center of mass, 'support arm' is made up by transparent material which doesn't block the UV-C spray. "Support arm is written right below the front view heading" in 2D drawing image.
And yes, if want to see more feature then you can go up and take look at another feature of Sanctuary III version 1.0, they are same but 2.0 has only design changes with high performance and practical implementation
Power Supply:
Powering such a huge device, which may have AC UV-C and continuous flying and cleaning consumes lots of energy so I decided to use power from wall socket, but to wandering around the whole room needs to long cable, if we convert AC to DC from wall socket adapter it loses lots of power through that much long cable, also we even can’t put AC to DC converter into Sanctuary III or make it hanging to the Sanctuary III. So, what should be done, next?
I come up with solution in which we put all bulky adapters and converters into a cart running exactly underneath the Sanctuary III which supplies DC and AC lines up to Sanctuary III, cart which follows the Sanctuary III, how? Are you afraid for extra expenditures made for collision avoids and path finders for that cart or let it say supply vehicle? But big NO
As we know Sanctuary III first scan the whole room and CPU has all the let it say sketches of the room now if we drive the supply vehicle with the same CPU (which reduce the cost of CPU, which should be there in supply vehicle for avoid collisions) CPU knows how to drive the supply vehicle right? As it has map of room so what we need is 3D printed vehicle having 2 motors, AC to DC converter and cable tensioner which provide tension to incoming cable from wall socket
Another best feature we can provide in power supply is
Assuming there are four Sanctuary III work to gather in a room but there is not four socket to provide power to them than what?
Then there is facility to connect two or more Sanctuary III in a single supply and they work parallelly, by communicating each other and in this case primary Sanctuary III will drive the supply cart and order the secondary Sanctuary IIIs where it can clean.

this is the demo of how Sanctuary III see the room, where green is known as floor, wall, or flat surface. Blue where Sanctuary III can land and transformed into vehicle, purple shows complex area or the object where high time exposure needed.

Assumptions:
- 1> Energy per area(dose): 30mj/cm^2
- 2> Total optical power output: 19 + 19 + 3.4+ 3.4 = 44.8 (info of source is given below)
- intensity of 19watt source at 1meter is 8w/m.sq
- intensity of 3.7watt source at 1meter is 3w/m.sq
- 3> Power provided to Sanctuary III is enough (from wall plug)
now 19 +19 +3.4 +3.4 is Power out of UV-C sources as there are pairs at primary window as well as at secondary window primary has two UV source of 60 watt (input power)each but this power is solely supply by supply cart as it is AC we don't need high AC to DC converter. converter is only use to run CPU and drone only.

we have two 8w/m sq. intensity sources and two of 3w/m sq. so in total e have 22w/m.sq.
Don't bother about that UV Power at lamp value as it was shows value of one source only however, next field UV Power at 1m. shows sum of all sources, as we know all calculations are carried out by this parameter only.
from 0.3 meter distance we need 1 seconds to complete the dose of 25mj/cm^2 to double insure we double the time it means Sanctuary III takes 3 seconds to disinfect 0.5 meter sq. or say 10 meter sq. every minute with double surety.
Which means Sanctuary III can able to disinfect at rate of 8 m^2 to 10 m^2 per minute.

Application of Sanctuary IIIWe can use Sanctuary III to disinfecting the buildings whether it can be too big or a small garage, can be used to disinfect the Offices, Hospitals, Hotels or can say Motels, Malls, shops, showrooms, supermarkets, public places like bus station, subway station or railway station and basically it can be use at everywhere due its portability we can use it at public place during night time and even use it during day time at places like toilets and other places where human traffic is minimum while daytime by integrating A.I which detect the place where human is standing and by skipping that area it can continue disinfecting process and as soon as human leave the room, that area would be added in queue for disinfecting process.
Smart recognition of taps, handles and other most touchable objects, will make sure for even better cleaning

When I was comparing my prototype with existing solution, I found something very interesting which increase the speed of my prototype is pulsed UV-C
