GUI Implementation with Screen, Touch and SRAM

This project is an example for the LCD_GUI library. It uses SRAM as a cache for the screen.

Components

The project requires the following hardware:

• LaunchPad Stellaris or Tiva C, USD13
• HY28A screen, USD12
• 2x SPI SRAM 23LC1024 @ USD2.50 = USD5
• 4x 10kΩ pull-up resistors
• 1x 100nF capacitor
• usual breadboard and cables

Grand total shouldn't exceed USD35.

The library with the example is detailed at the LCD_GUI pages and is available at the download page.

The LaunchPad Stellaris or Tiva C provides enough pins for the screen, touch and SRAM.

Nothing special here.

Breadboard

The pull-up resistors are highly recommended because of the capacitance of the breadboard.
