Suitcase PC

This is an idea that started years ago when I was given a laptop with a broken hinge/case. I bought a cheap ebay suitcase and threw them togeather. The case was thin, but oversized by about 3in on one side. This ended up being perfect for drive swapping with an external case.

Later I found laptops frustrating because of the lack of upgradability and durability. The Lenovo X series tablets come the closest to fitting my needs, but unfortunately Lenovo has started building their Wacom notebooks like cell phones and I'm not a fan.

I decided to see if I could put togeather the components that I needed using small form factor PC components and a compact display. In my case I went with a Wacom, but there are a few good options with and without pen input.
