I would like to present you with another exciting project. When I was a kid, I got a locomotive with a small dc motor. I thought I’d transform it a bit and give it some smarter control. I first made a prototype to test how it would work.

Well this version didn't look too good, but it worked great.
What I didn’t like was that the locomotive reacted immediately to the change in speed. I wanted it to look like it was inertia and thus gradually accelerate or slow down. Of course, I was able to solve this problem quickly with software.

I replaced the nodeMCU with an ESP-01. And I crammed the parts into as little space as possible.
