This is material for a course of collegiated engineers in Galicia (Spain) mainly. The kit cotaines a lot of components, not all necessary. In case someone prefers to buy components separately, I suggest the ones bellow

PIR Motion Sensor (generic)

It is the presence detector. I put the orange potentiometers turned all towards left so the sensitivenes is 3m and the output signal is 3 s high.

Use an Arduino Uno rev. 3

9V battery (generic)

Goes attached to the following component to power the Arduino Uno trough the Jack

Story

The objective of the project is to create a presence detector with the shape of the Dinoseto of Vigo city on Northwest of Spain. The robotic "Dinoseto" or "Dinohedges" would be placed at the entrance of a house or room. In case someaone is interested on implementing the production of the gadget.

Following betterings: to add bluetooth capabilities with an HC-06 and create an app with App Inventor or adding Bluetooth Low Energy capabilities with an HM-10 module.
