Seeing Seeds

Overview

By walabot this is possible. Walabot will be placed above soil and it will scan the soil and give us the feed of current stage of seed. Our device will be programmed in such a manner that at different stages of growth, which actions can be taken will be provided to user. This could be done by Machine Learning. By training it, it can be done. Thus from the scanned image it will give the user information about the current status and steps which can be taken for its better growth. It will also send emergency signal on seeing a larger image than a certain size, showcasing presence of rodents. Thus garden can be secured by taking necessary actions.

Thus from "arduino mkr fox1200", will be used for sending the data to user on his mobile or connected device. Ds18B20/ LM35 will be used for measuring soil temperature. From DS18B20 our MCU will get temperature. And it will be programmed in such a way that if temperature if above certain temperature sprinkler system will be started.

We can have vigilance on seeds and also take necessary steps at required time by using walabot.

Working:

Our Walabot will be placed above the soil, and it will have vigilance on seeds. It will scan the surface and from the image it will compare it with the data available. Using machine learning it will learn the image and send the necessary instructions to user on the app.

User will get the data on his mobile. while scanning if at any moment if image will contain a structure bigger than certain size it will send alert message to user showing presence of rodents via sms.

On app their will be an option for checking water/ soil temperature. If it is above a criteria we will be, receiving an alert message and we will be having an option for starting water sprinkler system in our ap." Board" is connected with sprinkler, so whenever the message will be sent by user the system will be activated and sprinkler will start.
