The Rd-60 is a low-power radar module developed by Ai-Thinker, featuring an integrated 60GHz FMCW carrier AiP mmWave radar system and multi-protocol wireless connectivity, including BLE5.3/802.15.4/Thread/Matter.
The module includes a 1T3R AiP radar antenna array, a 2.4GHz transceiver antenna, crystal, and Flash.
It features four low-power management modes: power-off, standby, idle, and working. Configuration and data acquisition are achieved through digital interfaces such as UART(SPI/I²C).

The Rd-61 is a low-power 60GHz FMCW carrier AiP radar module developed by Ai-Thinker. The module integrates a 1T3R AiP radar chip and Flash.
The module features four low-power management modes: power-off, standby, idle, and working. Configuration and data acquisition are achieved through the UART interface.

The Ai-Thinker 60GHz mmWave radar modules feature four low-power management modes: power-off, standby, idle, and working. Actual test results show:
Rd-60: As low as 77.82μA when no one is present, and 1.67mA when someone is present.
Rd-61: As low as 56.25μA when no one is present, and 1.67mA when someone is present.
The modules can detect various human states within a region in low-power mode and can be applied to products such as door locks and doorbells.
