APM32F103x8xB VS STM32F103x8xB

First look at the resource comparison of APM32F103x8xB & STM32F103x8xB.

APM32F103 is functionally fully compatible with STM32F103.

And has higher performance. We can see from the pictures that the frequency has beenincreased to 96MHz, the ESD capability is higher, and the QSPI interface and FPU function have been added.
