Our Scrap management project prototype addresses the critical need for an affordable and easily accessible solution to the burgeoning challenges of Scrap disposal as implementation of Scrap disposal systems used in large scale industries requires high maintenance and is highly cost consuming whereas our project focuses on making Scrap disposal system cost effective and easily accessible to both rural and urban industries. In designing this innovative robot, emphasis is placed on minimising costs without compromising efficiency. The robot incorporates a user-friendly experience as it is easy to use since it is automated by connecting it through bluetooth which can be done by any normal smartphone, making it accessible to small scale industries who do not have access to technologies that are available by the large scale industries, including communities with limited resources. By leveraging cost-effective materials and streamlined technology, the project aims to revolutionise Scrap management practices in both urban and rural settings. The robot's capabilities include automated Scrap collection and disposal, contributing to a cleaner and more sustainable environment. This project envisions a future where Scrap management is not only efficient but also economically viable for diverse communities, paving the way for widespread adoption and positive environmental impact.
